1. Definition

4. Purchase of Goods and/or Services
4.1 Confirmation of Order Information. 5. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Intellectual Property Rights of the Platform. Any codes, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, artwork, photographs, textual content, audio, video, button icons, computer software, logos, digital downloads, data compilations, etc. count as the properties of Alife or content providers, and are protected by the laws and regulations of Hong Kong.
6. User Rules
6.1 Prohibited Conduct. You shall not engage in any acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of Alife, or conduct other acts that damage the legitimate rights and interests of Alife or other users, including but not limited to:
1) Delete or modify the copyright information on this website;
2) Unauthorized renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, and establishing mirror sites of this website.
3) Build various plug-in programs or third-party programs on this website, produce, publish, or disseminate the above-mentioned programs, regardless of whether it is for commercial purposes or not;
4) Compile, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise crack the behavior of this website;

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Dispute Resolution. You understand and agree that Alife is not a judicial institution, and can only identify the submitted material information based on ordinary or non-professional knowledge standards. In the event of complex customer complaints, Alife cannot guarantee that the results of transaction disputes are in compliance with your expectation, and do not assume any responsibility for the results of transaction dispute mediation and compensation decisions.
7.2 External Influences. In no event shall Alife be liable for failures of Internet connections, failures of computers, communications or other systems, electrical failures, computer viruses, program bugs, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, riots, productivity or means of production insufficiency, fire, flood, storm, explosion, force majeure, war, government action, international and domestic court order or third party's failure to perform or delay the service.
7.3 Service Interruption. In addition to the provisions of laws and regulations, Alife has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the services provided by Alife without prior notice to you. You understand and agree that Alife needs to regularly or irregularly maintain or overhaul the website, so that the services of Alife are interrupted within a reasonable period of time, and Alife will be responsible for any liability hereunder, but Alife will try to notify you in advance.
8. Personal Information Protection and Authorization
8.1 Authorization to Collect. 1) After canceling the account, you will give up the account information and the assets, virtual rights, etc. of the account in Alife, and Alife cannot restore the aforementioned services for you. This may cause inconvenience to your claim for after-sales service.
2) After you cancel your account, your personal information will not be retrieved or accessed at the front desk of Alife. You know and understand that relevant transaction records must be kept within the time limit prescribed by law.
9.3 Termination of Agreement. In the event of any of the following situations, Alife may notify you to terminate this Agreement in the manner stipulated in this Agreement:
1) You violate this agreement, and Alife terminates this agreement according to the breach of contract;
2) If you embezzle other people's accounts, publish prohibited information, defraud others of their property, disrupt market order, take improper means to seek profits, etc., Alife will seal your account according to Alife's rules;
3) In addition to the above circumstances, if you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of the rules of Alife and the circumstances are serious, Alife will seal your account according to Alife's rules;
4) Your account is recovered by Alife;
5) Other situations where the service should be terminated.
9.4 Follow-up matters. Dealing with the subsequent matters of agreement termination or rescission:
1) From the date of termination or rescission of this agreement, Alife will close your account authority on this website.
2) After the termination or rescission of this agreement, Alife has the right to retain your registration information and transaction records and other data, but Alife assumes no obligation to provide any data and information to you or a third party after the termination of the Agreement and shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of the Agreement, except as otherwise provided by law or regulation.
3) After the termination or rescission of this Agreement, Alife still reserves the right to pursue responsibility for your past breaches.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 If a party fails to perform in time or fails to perform any of its obligations under this agreement (except for payment obligations) due to force majeure events, it does not constitute a breach of contract. However, the party affected by the force majeure event shall immediately notify the other party of the nature and extent of the force majeure event, and actively take corresponding remedial measures to minimize and avoid losses.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 Applicable Law. The conclusion, entry into force, interpretation, revision, supplement, termination, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong; if there are no relevant provisions in the law, business practices and/or industry practices shall be referred to.
11.2 Agreed Jurisdiction. For disputes arising from or related to this agreement, both parties shall first try to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date of the dispute, either party has the right to file a lawsuit, and both parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including a dispute regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement).
12. Notification
12.1 Effective Address. The contact phone number, email address, and contact address you filled in when you registered the account of this website are regarded as your valid notification address. If the above information changes, you should update it in time. If the contact information you provide is inaccurate, or the contact information after the change is not notified in time, the relevant notice (including but not limited to agreement changes, legal documents, etc.) cannot be delivered or if it is not delivered in time, you will bear the possible legal consequences by yourself.
12.2 Delivery of Notices. Alife will send you notifications through the above contact information, including written notices sent electronically, including but not limited to announcements on this website; sending mobile phone text messages to the contact numbers you provide; sending you emails from the provided email address; sending system messages and in-site messages to your user account on Alife. Written notices sent in paper media should be mailed to the provided contact address.
12.3 Service of Legal Documents. For any disputes related to the this website, you agree that the administrative, public security, judicial and other competent authorities may serve legal documents to you by means of mobile phone text messages, emails, system messages, or in-site letters; if the legal document is served to you by more than one of the above methods at the same time, the delivery time shall be subject to the first one. You agree that the above delivery method is applicable to the whole process of administrative, arbitration, judicial and other legal procedures.
13. Other
13.1 Independence of Terms. If any provision of this agreement, or any part of any provision, is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this agreement.
13.2 Reservation of Platform Rights. Other rights not expressly authorized by this agreement are still reserved by Alife, and users cannot exercise them without the written permission of Alife, and the failure of Alife to exercise any of the aforementioned rights does not constitute a waiver of rights.
13.3 The Role of the Label. The titles of the terms of this agreement are for reference only and do not define, affect or limit the meaning, description and interpretation of the terms of this agreement.
13.4 Effective Date. This Agreement is effective as last revised on January 1, 2024.
